W . T . Baynard guided Fascination B to the blue ribbon honors in this 23-entry class . Baynard has long been one of the leading amateur riders in the country and on this night he was in peak form . Mrs . Frank Parnell and Lady Godiva put on a classy exhibition before this record-breaking crowd to tie second . All three judges gave this talented mare the number two spot on their cards behind Fascination B . Stella Dallas and Roy Davis put on their usual fine performance to tie third in this exciting class . Roy and his mare always show well and tonight was no exception .

WALKING GELDINGS . FOUR YEARS OLD AND OVER
One of the most talent-laden gelding classes in history appeared tonight , and Jack Warren on Golden Souvenir proved to be the best of the best as he tied first on two cards with a real crowd-pleasing exhibition . Jack held his horse on the rail and kept on coming till he captured the blue . Sensational Sundust . with Wink Groover in the irons , was truly sensational as he tied second in close balloting . Wink ’ s horse wbs hitting that big lick and working hard in this 45-entry class . Bud Dunn and Sun ’ s Golden Parader made a determined bid for the blue but had to be content with the yellow ribbon . This was truly one of the outstanding classes of the Celebration and it left the crowd in an excited mood .
