Harry C . Shipley , on Highway 190 East , Eunice , La ., reports his two girls , ages 6 and 8 , are pushing him into me Tennessee Walking Horse business . " Every Christmas it ’ s the same story , and two disappointed girls when there is no Walking Horse under the tree ,” he says .
Virgini Shirr , 6763 Capistranoway , Riverside , Cal ., tells us she has admired Walking Horses a long time but a few days ago had her first chance to ride one . “ That ride lived up to all of my expectations and then some ,” writes the college girl .
