MEDITERRÀNIA LA GRAN CRUÏLLA El Mare Nostrum com a gran creuament humà, polític i cultural. Aquest és enguany el leitmotiv de la Fira Mediterrània i serà el fil conductor de diversos espectacles.
MEDITERANNEAN, THE GREAT CROSSROADS The Mare Nostrum as a major human, political and cultural crossroads. This is the leitmotif of this year’s Fira Mediterrània and will be the common thread between the various performances.

ESTEPA MEDITERRÀNIA. OFF L’Estepa és la secció encarregada de trencar les barreres de la Fira i buscar més enllà: noves sonoritats, nous espais. La Casa de la Música de Manresa proposa onze concerts variats, nocturns, frescos i ballables.
ESTEPA MEDITERRÀNIA. OFF The Estepa section of Fira is responsible for breaking down barriers and searching out what’s new and exciting out there: new sounds, new spaces and so on. Manresa’s Casa de la Música is hosting a series of eleven night-time concerts that promise to be fresh and danceable.

ARTISTA CONVIDAT Jordi Savall és l’artista convidat d’aquesta edició de la Fira. El músic igualadí ha estat un ferm defensor del diàleg entre les cultures mediterrànies així com de les músiques de transmissió oral i la Fira ho reconeix amb un bloc d’activitats al voltant de la seva obra.
FEATURED ARTIST Jordi Savall is the featured artist of this year’s Fira. The Igualda-born musician has been a strong advocate of dialogue between Mediterranean cultures and of musical oral traditions; the Fira recognises the artist with a block of activities based around his work.
