Value relationships with your sponsors .

Commit to and keep the agreed project timelines for your program.

Be timely and responsive to your sponsors inquiries before, during
and after your program.

Manage your budget – costs and expenses

Keep your sponsor in the loop of important developments,
particularly if it affects the outcome of the event or their
level of participation. They should never be the LAST TO
KNOW.
This will help ensure you reach your d esired fi nancial go als
and allow you to show financial responsibility to your sponsors.
