Wow I can’t believe we draw to a close another year and what a year it has been!
Firstly, let me take the opportunity to thank everyone we have worked with
throughout the year and wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
It has been a great year with the team working across a number of projects which has
seen the finalisation of the Springfield Library, purchase of new buses, the building of
the ASE precinct and improvements at Mt Kent.
Car Pool Vehicles The team has processed 100s of venue bookings, assisted many of you with BEIMS
enquiries and pool car bookings, spoken with many of you via email and/or phone,
and greeted you at our reception area.
The USQ pool fleet offers a choice
of vehicles for use by University
staff for official university business. As always it has been a pleasure and I know the team thoroughly enjoy working with
all of our stakeholders.
How to book a car
1. If you have not booked a pool
car before please fill in the Pool
Vehicle User Information Form
and send back to the relevant
campus (email details are
located on the form).
2. Once you receive confirmation
that your form has been
approved you are able to book
your pool vehicle online.
We look forward to 2019 with anticipation.
Please note that USQ pool
vehicles are not booked by the
USQ Travel Office as part of travel
arrangements.
