When the tradesmen put down their tools , interior designers pick up theirs . At K2 , we call it “ dirt to drapes ” – a full design service that starts with breaking ground and ends with a move-in ready living space .
Everything from lamps and carpets to art work are carefully chosen for what we call “ punch lists ”, the fine tuning , cleaning , adjusting and touching up details that create the right ambiance and welcome .
Once those elements are installed , we ’ ll even send in our most persnickety employee to check the list and check it again to ensure even the tiniest details are dealt with .
