1 lb cooked octopus ( preferably Portuguese or Spanish )

Macadamia romesco sauce ( see recipe ) ½ cup canned chickpeas

1 Asian pear , diced ¾ cup macadamia nuts , whole roasted

Bunch of fresh basil
