Eve: Do you plan on trying to get
signed to any leagues in the near
future?
Stampede: Not really, I have
management. For example, I’m
locked into certain leagues for up
to two battles, but nothing locked
in so far as a contract. World
Battle League is my home league.
Eve: I always have to ask; do you
mind telling us how much you get
paid to battle?
Stampede: I get paid between
400 to 700 hundred dollars. The
highest I’ve ever been paid was
1000 dollars for one round.
Eve: Who are your top five battlers
right now, both Top Tier and PG
classes?
Stampede: I love performance with
bars. Ill Will, Qleen Paper and
Tone Montana — but Tone on
some bulls**t right now — and
I mess with Charlie and Hollow.
I would say Hollow is my top
battle rapper. As far as the PG
class, I have to say Prez Mafia,
but Prez Mafia’s my homie, and
even though Ah Di Boom wasn’t
standing in my corner in the Xcel
battle, he’s my homie in real life
too, so I guess if I said them that
would be biased right?
Eve: Not if you think they’re the
nicest in the PG class outside of
being your friends.
Stampede: Outside of them I’d
have to say Brizz Rawsteen.
Eve: Do you think anyone gets too
much unwarranted attention?
Stampede: Oh my God, yes.
Shotgun Suge. He is horrible and
I don’t even know how he gets
these wins. What’s funny is, his
record is amazing but he’s ass. He
hasn’t lost that many times, but he
sounds horrible. How is he pulling
this s**t off?! He has to be rigging
these battles or something.
because Lux is stuck in a box.
Mook knows how Lux is coming
every time. Lux’s antics were
horrible, he said some s**t like, “2
Chaaains”. I don’t even know what
he was talking about.

Eve: Did you see his battle at the
N.O.C. event that day?
Stampede: He got killed by Street
Money and I never even heard
or seen Street Money in my life!
He was bullying the s**t out of
Shotgun Suge!
Eve: Everyone is saying Total
Slaughter is the next Battle Rap
Olympics. How do you think it
adds or takes from the culture?
Stampede: I don’t think Total
Slaughter is the next anything,
although I do think it’s good for
the culture, because it adds income
and brings it to mainstream
television. I think Total Slaughter
would have been greater if it was
designed to bring no-name battle
rappers onto a reality show to
battle Top-Tier battles like Hollow,
Lux or Mook. We know all these
guys [already], it would be nice to
expose some new talent.
Eve: Before I go; the battle
with the most buzz right now is
“Loaded Lux Vs. Murda Mook”.
How do you feel about it?
Stampede: Mook chopped his
head off and the reason why is
