yolie monroe 100 Bars: Where were you born and raised? Yolie Monroe: I was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised between Brooklyn & Queens. I also lived in Haiti & Jamaica for a little time growing up 100 Bars: What is your Ethnic background? Yolie Monroe: I’m half Haitian & Irish 100 Bars: What are your measurements? Yolie Monroe: 36D-26-44 100 Bars: What is some of your past/current work that we may have seen you in? You can see me as a ring card girl in some of the recent Smack URL Nome3 rap battles. I was in French Montana’s ‘If I Die’ video and Sweets magazine. Soon, I’ll be gracing the cover and pages of a dope new magazine called Thick. I also will be in ShyGirl and DonDiva magazines 100 Bars: How did you get started in modeling? Yolie Monroe: I started very young when I was 18, doing print work and music videos. I had moved to Los Angeles and right away got the once in a lifetime chance to work with Michael Jackson on his last music video “You Rock My World”. Then I was in Busta Rhymes “Pass Da Courvoisier”, and then Ginuwine’s “In Those Jeans”. Then I disappeared from the game completely LOL 100 Bars: What is your best feature that gets the most attention? 27 Yolie Monroe: My body definitely gets the attention, but my smile and personality is what keeps the attention 100 Bars: What does a man/ woman have to do to get you interested? Yolie Monroe: I appreciate women and their beauty, but I like men. A man that wants to get me interested has to be serious about courting me. I like a man who’s straight to the point and wants to make me happy 100 Bars: what is your idea of a perfect date? Yolie Monroe: A perfect date for me is a situation that is well planned. I like a man who has the date well thought-out in advance. I find it kind of sexy when a guy chooses and buys me an outfit to wear. We could go to a nice restaurant, and then do something simple like go for a walk or sit by a lake. Another perfect date would be something spontaneous like flying to Paris last minute LOL 100 Bars: Whats the corniest line a guy has ever said to you? Yolie Monroe: Probably “You wanna take a tour of my house?” 100 Bars: How did you get to be a ring card girl on URL? Yolie Monroe: I met Smack White through working in the clubs as a bottle waitress. We immediately hit it off. He knew I was a model and gave me the opportunity when it presented itself 100 Bars: Are you into Battle Rap? Yolie Monroe: At first I hardly knew anything about the battle rap scene but now I love it! 100 Bars: So who is your favorite battle rapper? Yolie Monroe: There’s a lot of good battle rappers out there so it’s hard to choose but I’d say DNA. He has a lot of energy and I think he’s very original and witty 100 Bars: Which one would do you think would be fun to hang out with? Yolie Monroe: Hmmm, I’d say Hitman Holla. He seems like he’s a lot of fun 100 Bars: Do you think you could ever battle? Yolie Monroe: Oh hell no! I wish LOL 100 Bars: Where do you want to take your career? Yolie Monroe: I love fashion and film/TV so I see myself venturing out in that direction. I like power so definitely creating and running something 100 Bars: How can your fans reach you? Yolie Monroe: The easiest way is thru my Instagram @YolieMonroe 100 Bars: Any Plus/shout outs? Yolie Monroe: Yes! God first and foremost for all blessings. A huge shout out to Smack White for putting me on as a ring card girl. Big shout out to Marcus from M.A.W. Management for being one of the best managers in the game.
