weekend. What caused you to
choke and how do you change it?
Looney Divine: I kept retouching
my rhymes over and over again. I
just have to learn to leave it as is.
Jon Rines: Look, there has to
be a cut off point on retouching
your rhymes because a lot of
people are choking because of
that.
Looney Divine: Yeah, it’s just hard
to not do it because you think of
better things all the time!
Jon Rines: Well I’m staying on
you HARD , pun intended,
for your next battle. (laughs) I
gotta say it’s weird interviewing
someone you work with and
speak to all the time.
Looney Divine: (laughs) I know.
I’m looking at you sometimes like,
“he already knows the answer.”
Jon Rines: That’s just cause I
made some calls for you.
Looney Divine: Shut up! (laughs)
Jon Rines : had to take care of
my girl, yo! I think it’s expected
if you beat women on the west
coast, but you’d get more respect
if you stay over here.
Looney Divine: You already know
I’m going wherever they want
me! (laughs) But I want to reign
supreme over the west coast and
also do east coast even if I lose!
Jon Rines: Why? Someone said
that about you? (laughs) It means

Looney Divine : Oh okay, not me
but I see it a lot online. I try to be
online, but I get so many messages
that I can’t keep up. But I know
who to come back to. I always
come back and talk to you, my
friend in Reno and then Will.
Jon Rines: I don’t think that’s
gonna happen anymore. You got
