Winston Churchill
Sir Winston Churchill (1874-
1965) was one of the most
famous prime ministers in
the British history.
He led Great Britain to a
victory over the Nazi in
WWII. Nicknamed ‘the
bulldog’, he represented
the English’s fighter spirit.
In addition, Churchill was a
prominent writer. In 1953,
he was also awarded a
Nobel Prize in Literature
for his historical and
biographical writings.
In 2002, he was voted as
the greatest Briton by the
British public.
