_THINK ABOUT IT_ Jul. 2012 | Page 6

No one is equal to anyone but we have some things in common, we are all humans. In this article I would like to talk about discrimination, although in these days the discrimination is not very common, for me it is important to clarify some things about "Different people". I have noticed that discrimination occurs in high school students and religious people. I could not understand what is the problem of students to highlight the faults of people. students or other people criticze if others wear glasses, if you don't have money, if you have a lot of money, the way of you walk, if you like men or women, etc... People criticze everythig and say nothing at the end.

To start I will clarify some tems like homosexual and transgender. Homosexual is someone who is sexually attracted to people of the same sex, no matter if male or female, but for women is more common call lesbians. Transgender people are people that change their appearence to look like other sex, (androgens, transvestites, etc...). Don't confuce homosexual with a transgender because they are very different, don't confuce hamosexuality with a disease or an insult, because the homosexuality is just a preference. I included some anecdotes about people who can not stand the pressure and put an end to the mockery:

"He was a curious teenager involved with others and a confident of many of his friends. In many ways he was the boy that parents dream to have. However, he was deeply concerned about a big secret. Then his sister found him hanging from a beam of wood in the family home, it was discovered the note written just before his final act: "To all those who loved me and those who did not love me. I'm sick of this shit life. Sick of the point of wanting to throwup lonely. Just what I'm suffering. I'd rather die than go on suffering like this.

You too can be a "different person"
