Investing Goals
My goals for investing is to buy land. Since land is experiencing shortage because of expansion there is going to be few meter of constructible land. Since the quantity will be low and the demand high then the price will go up. When I sell the land it is going to be worth a lot more than when I bought it. I will not need liquidity because the rest of my income will serve for any purpose that I need in the moment. For my investment plan I want to avoid risk. I don’t like to lose money that I could have used. I prefer to have a risk free investment.

If I win $74,520 per year and retire when I am 65 years old I would have to dispose 19% of my income to my savings account. To protect my retirement money I will buy land, an index fund, and I will have a savings account.
