Summary: In many regions of the planet employees will receive an increase in their salaries because of the demand for skilled workers combined with a really low inflation. North America, Africa, Middle East, and Asia are all expected to increase salaries. Workers often leave their jobs because they are unhappy, lack of opportunities, and insufficient salary. In order to keep skilled workers the company must please their employees.
Effect: Household products market will experience an increase in demand because people will earn more money. This affects demand because it is a change in consumer income because employees consume those products. By increasing their salary they will be willing to buy and spend more in household products.
