Hunger is a massively growing global problem. In many ways hunger can affect cities, countries and even the whole world. There are people in the world who live hungry even in first world countries. Countries like Canada have people who need to use foodbanks. 13% of Canadians live in a state of food insecurity, which means they do not have reliable access to adequate amounts of safe, good-quality, nutritious food.

Hunger

Over 850 000 Canadians turn to foodbanks for help each month and more than one third of people getting help are youth and children. 38% of the food given out if fresh produce distributed by Canadian food banks is fresh.(eg. milk, eggs, fresh or frozen fruits, and vegetables, bread). This problem needs to be erased from the stomachs of all people.
