Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio has pledged support
for Monsour del Rosario, who is running for vice mayor of
Makati City in the 2019 election. Del Rosario, a taekwondo
champion and actor, is currently congressman representing
the first district of Makati. Del Rosario is the running mate of
former Makati City mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr.,
who is running to become city mayor again.
