the campus of Rutgers University, the film festival’s seasonal

All of the films screened at
the festival are selected by a
panel of judges that includes
media professionals, journalists, students, and academics.
Sixteen judges were part of the
Spring 2016 festival. Each film
was scored on a scale of one to
ten with ten being the highest.
