PARADE DRAWS THOUSANDS!

Under clear blue skies and the warm
California sun, families, neighbors, relatives
and friends, gathered
by the thousands
along Crown Valley
Parkway to watch this
year’s Annual Holiday
Parade. Kate
Flannery, best known
for her role as
“Meredith Palmer” on
NBC’s The Office, was this year’s Celebrity Grand
Marshal. Teen Celebrity Cameron Boyce, was a favorite
among the “tweenagers!” while Chris Jacobs, host of the
TV series “Overhaulin” was a big hit with car
enthusiasts! And of course, the main attraction of the
traditional seasonal event was Santa himself!
From marching bands, dancers, unicyclists and TV
stars to our 100-year old WWII survivor, Major Anthony
D. Woolf, the parade had something for everyone. But it
is the hometown feel and spirit of community that really
makes this annual holiday tradition so special.
If you didn’t have a chance to attend the Parade this
year, you can watch it on TV. The parade will air from
now through January 4, on Cox Channel 853 and AT&T
Channel 99 at 10:00am, 2:00pm and 6:00pm daily. It’s
also available on the City’s YouTube Channel at
